My name is Willie Eide, I am the founder of Gallatin Software Studios. I got into this business when a friend was searching for a ticketing solution for his venue. Enlisted to help, I researched many different ticketing solutions. I found application features that I liked and didn't like. I found pricing schemes that were simple while others were complex and outrageous. I contacted a few to get demos only to find that demos didn't exist (they provided a brochure) or that I was talking to sales or marketing when I wanted to chat with the developer.

Faced with not finding the exact solution, I decided to put my 20 years of software development to the task and created TicketsPleaseTM. I have worked for companies that built military defense software, software operating systems, computer and casino gaming as well as customer servce software (i.e. CRM). In my career, I have found that simple to use user interfaces and outstanding customer service is what people desire. I have learned that as a consumer there are 3 elements that make up a purchase -- the product, the price and the customer service behind the product. It is my belief that customer service is the differentiating factor in what makes a good product a great product. It is our goal to make a great product. We may be a small company. Our application may not have all the features you want... yet. But we can guarantee you that our customer service will never be surpassed by anyone.

It is our intention to build an application that will promote growth and implement success for our customers while providing the best possible experience for our customer's users.
